Check all your fuses. Check to make sure the refrigerant has a full charge.

sorry it is a 98 jmc jimmy 4.3 no check engine light on the one fuse i did check insde is good its fuse # 3

Oops. I had just read a thread on A/C when I answered this one. Last I checked, refirgerant has nothing to do with cruise control. Sorry.

i checked both fuse boxes and i dont have that ign/gau is ther anyone that can help me now with this ?

Can you take a picture of the fuse box located in the engine bay? Try to get it clear enough to see the lettering for each fuse.

It may not be marked as such. Just check the fuse in that position.
