Cold air intake for 6.2

Cold air intake for 6.2
I've been considering adding a CAI to my 2017 Sierra with 6.2. 2 questions:
1) any experiance with them? Any recommendations?
2) I tow my jeep with my truck. Will I regret adding the cai when underlaid towing? I like the sound when I'm in the throttle but I'm not sure I want to hear it for hours on end. Again any experiance specifically towing weight with CAI.
Thanks in advance

Personally I don't think they're worth it unless all you want is the noise. Maybe it adds a few horsepower, maybe not. Depending on the system you choose there are some claims out there about how much HP is added.
If it adds 5HP are you really going to feel it when you started with 420HP? I looked up a K&N for yours and they say "Guaranteed to increase horsepower" but don't volunteer actual numbers.
And then there'* the matter of which filter you use. The re-oil filters often coat the intake tract (therefore sensors etc.) with goo and/or don't filter nearly as well as a factory filter.

IMO, not worth it unless you are turbo'd or supercharged.
