Default Cam upgrade

I have a 01 yukon with 5.3l looking at adding more pull power. Done basics intake exhaust looking at doin a cam. Which cams would be best for stock heads? Prefer comp done few never disappointed. Ls6 factory replacement or something different?

Can you be a little more specific in what you did to the intake and exhaust?

Kn cold air full MagnaFlow exhaust toying with idea of headers as well.

And that exactly is my next point. No sense upgrading the cam if the engine can't exhale. Get rid of the restrictive stock manifolds, then upgrade the cam.
