Battery draw from gauge cluster?

Battery draw from gauge cluster?
I have an 01 Silverado 2500hd 8.1l and it has a .60 amp battery draw. I did the parasitic battery drain test and if I unplug the instrument cluster the draw goes down to .1 amps. So should I replace the instrument cluster for the 340$ or is there something else causing the instrument cluster to cause the draw?
