Default 2021 Silverado 2500 Duramax Problems and Limp Mode

Love the power and torque of my 2021 Silverado 2500 Duramax Chevrolet, but not happy with the frequent breakdown and limp mode for some Chinese components in electronic on the truck that are breaking prematurely and some other engine parts are broken and sensors it’* not acceptable for Chevrolet. Such a nice truck to have it somewhat unreliable and leave people on the side of the road or in limp mode couple of times a year it seems like. Today actually I helped a gentleman on the side of the road his new Silverado Duramax with 49K was on the side of the road. He was hauling horses in a trailer and I stopped helping he was in limp mode and was unable to drive the truck further and he was on a long vacation so it’* quite complicated especially with the horses and just complete failure by General Motors to make a reliable truck that fails at 49K and leaves him on the side of the road in a dangerous situation.

Yeah, that'* definitely unfortunate . . . and I agree they shouldn't break down so much.

I feel the need to make sure that it is known that GMForum.com is in no way affiliated with General Motors, it'* partners, and/or subsidiaries. If GM gets this message from here, it will be voluntary on their part.

That having been said, all the manufacturers have their issues, but it seems like GM'* recent manufacturing has more than average lately.
