Default 1995 4l60e Replaced torque converter, oil pump, and all solenoids

Before replacing everything I originally dropped the trans to replace the pump because I snapped the 2 pieces that hold in the torque converter and I then replaced everything in the title of this post and now the trans is back in and the truck moves but it’* very slow, shifts rough and has very little torque and revs high with almost no output when I step on it could I have put to much fluid in? I know Forsure I put everything else together correctly

I don't think you fixed all that was wrong. Did any metal get into the system?

no there was no metal I flushed the whole trans before putting it back together and I couldn’t find any metal pieces using my magnet

Aluminum will not stick. Did you open the filter up and see what it caught? Cooler and lines flushed as well?

fluid level is good and yes I checked the filter before replacing it and there was nothing and all lines were also checked and flushed

What are the pressures doing? Maybe we have an engine problem.

inconsistent oil pressure can cause bad shifts right?

Not engine oil pressure but transmission oil (fluid) pressure is critical for good shifts.
