Default 1994 Chevy k1500

I've had this truck for 9 yrs it sat for 5 while I was in prison I've never had this problem. I had to remove my front drive shaft because it'* hitting my oil filter it takes the ph5 filter and it'* just too fat for dinner reason now and the driveshaft kicked it so I took it out anyone know why it might be doing this all of a sudden

Default Chevy filter

Yeah it'* weird cuz it takes the pH 5 but every time I go to like AutoZone or one of the stores it says it'* supposed to take something else like a 38 something but the inside diameter is to small but I've always used to the normal pH 5 and then for some reason after 5 years when I got out of prison it didn't fit and driveline was cliping it
