Is there anyway to bypass the MAP sensor, because it'* just the air fuel mix that'* wrong, the computer isn't getting the air fuel mix right, because of the 99 heads on it. Unless I could possibly chip it to adjust the air fuel mix that way maybe?

If you unplug the sensor the ECM will substitute a value. The vehicle should run OK if there'* nothing else wrong with it.
Your problem is not the heads. Did you do any testing? You likely have a wiring problem.

Nor really I've checked some things here and there, what kinda wiring problem would it be where would I Stott to look for one?

You have a MAP code. That tells you where to look. If this don't make sense to you take you vehicle to a shop.
