Started truck yesterday to move it and hear a noise under cab. tracked it down to ABS pump running continously. Only way to stop it is to pull the fuse or disconnect power suppy at unit. A friend with a regular scanner checked and passed with no code. Any suggestions to track down problem

Recently had a suburban, the abs would run all the time. The abs module was the culprit. Some sort of dtc will usually set with an abs issue.

Do you have an ABS light on?
A regular scanner will not be able to read the stored ABS codes.
A tech II scanner or some high end Snap On shop scanners will though.
