Are you more nicer to other bonneville drivers?
I do sometimes. Usually I just get near em but they don't usually notice or care. A couple months ago I experienced a couple people who had near identical cars to mine at the same time on the freeway....3 88-91 Bonnies 2 LEs and an SE., almost automatically we formed a pack in the fastlane. Started cruising about 15 over in a mini pack. Recruited a couple newer bonnevilles (that really was a weird day) when i got off the freeway i dropped back and counted the 88-91 SE, the LE a 92-95 SSEi, and a 96-99 SE. Total of 5 h-bodies cruising down the highway at 15 over for 40 miles. God that was fun.
After that I respected other bonne drivers a little more.
Oh and why is the 'guy with the black car' missing his front plate?

Most of the 87-91 cars running around here are of the duct-tape rust bucket variety. But still, there are enough around, usually driven by fellow working class stiffs, that I'll be extra courteous to them. (Also helps to get way back when following...so as not to get hit by parts falling off.)
There'* another that I'll give a friendly wave to. It'* a clone of my car in nice condition. Don't know where the fellow lives, never see the car sitting still for the chance to card him. Fellow looks like a typical tradesman, probably only drives the car to work.

Thats another thing I like to do, when I see other '87s-'91s, I like to get closer to them. Mainly because as time passes you see fewer of them and most are "duct-tape rust bucket variety". At my university, two staff members drive bonneville like mine, I want to park next to them so badly, but the chance has not come up
BTW Curt, your LE looks great
