They were about $65 after tax. Got them at Pepboys (also available at pfyc.com)
They are "Hella Optilux 2500 Angel Eye Fogs" They are a bit smaller than stock but fit well. They look good in the stock housings.
The main bulbs are driving lights. They are good sized beams of light. VERY BRIGHT!

Ya they work great. But so did my last ones for about 7 days. 
I hope these are better.
But I got a reply back from Hella. I emailed them telling them what happened. The guy said to take a pic of them on my car so he knows I bought them (like I'd make up that story) and once he gets it he'll ship me a new pair. I told him I already replaced them, but if I have another problem he'll be hearing from me again.
