Default Wrecked 97 Se

My best friend wrecked his 97SE. Some lady spun off the road and then slide back onto the road while trying to regain control, that’* when he hit the rear of her SUV. But anyway the car is not being sold to the insurance company. The car is currently sitting at some shop but he wants to part it out because the junk yard will only give him $175. I'm not taking requests for parts but more like asking what would be good to strip off the car.
What would be good things to pull off the car?

I was thinking about grabing the rims for myself, since they are the same ones I currently have I would just put some stickier summer tires on them. No sunroof, I was also thinking all kinds of little interior stuff, airbags, rear lenses, maybe power mirrors, pcm. Would the heads be worth pulling if I got the time?

It'* a 97 L36.. not a big call for the heads. They aren't compatible with L67'* where most would like to get a second set to work over.

I'm not excatly sure but I want to say 125k somewhere in the 120'* for sure I don't know how much time and such we'll will have to strip the car. Like I said before I'm not taking requests for parts I'm just asking what we should pull at the moment.
