DAYUM! I posted about a Off Road meet on the Explorer club over 3 months ago and they are just now trying to finalize things! I want to pull my hair out! It'* so frustrating to organize when everyone wants to until the last minute!
Good job everyone over here at the comunication and event planning. REALLY pays off in the end!

Some of us have a little practice.
I am organizing a major week long shutdown at work right now involving about 400. Tradespeople. Every room in town is booked.
Our Meet was well delegated and everyone did their bit.
Communication is key and that is where this Forum shines.
