how rare is that? 40th SE with the SLE package with supercharger! that has to have the SSEi beat!?

yea, that has to be factory, you can barely make out the 40th emblem on the rear side pillar, I wonder what the production numbers were? maybe like 250 or lower?

I don't believe bonnes ever came with a softop, could be wrong. Got the link to the carfax?

Thats aftermarket. It was never a factory option.

really? I wonder why the emblem is showing? the guy said it was "All stock" couldn't he had it ordered like that? I dunno, could it be possible to have one of those things factory?

There is a maroon/dark red one with the cloth top around here. when I asked how much that cost to put on he said it came with the car; something like 'simulated convertible appearance'

Yeah, that 40th is rare indeed. There would have to be an RPO code for that cloth roof cover, no? I think it'* aftermarket also as was previously stated.

yea, I was just going off what the guy stated, I wouldn't have know if it was factory or not, I did know they made SC SE/SLE till 97 though.

OK dont assume that is a 40th Pillar badge...that might just be a Pontiac Arrow head...anyway the top is aftermarket, and the SC could have been available in the SLE config
