Let'* just say your only 2 car options were a 00+ SSEi or a GXP. Which would you chose?? Make your choice and state why. I'm just curious to see what others think.

SSEi FTW! My reasoning is because I do not like the styling of the GXP. The only thing I really like about the car are the rims.

I don't like the styling of the 00 - 03 SSEis.

But, I do like the GXP'* styling.

Well, that'* a toughie.

I would probably eventually go with a SSEi just because of the proven reliability.

SSEi - aftermarket, motor is easier to work on, gas mileage

I love the styling of the GXP though (especially the 2003 concept), and the beautiful V8 sound.

I love the look of the GXP (not that the SSEi doesn't also look good). There have been many improvements in trim appearance for both the interior and exterior. The LD8 was designed to run with 87 octane (although I do use 89 octane). The lack of performance upgrades doesn't bother me. The car has lots of power and performance for my wants and needs. IMO the GXP sounds awesome.
