do any of you have experince with any of the window regulator rebuilding operations?

specifically this one:

just wondering if anyone has had any success or if I should just bite the bullet and get a new one. (passanger side rear window regulator 2000)

There are several suggestions in the 2000+ section. Try the SEARCH feature, and search in that forum for regulator.
