17" on 255/35/17 GoodYear Eagles. You'll get a tiny bit of rubbing when you cut the wheel hard, but it'* worth it!

HOLY SMOKES! A 255? Do you realize the speedo should be off by 9.8%, meaning you're really going 54.1mph when the speedo reads 60? I bet it handles like a ****. Did you get it calibrated for the new tire size?

I think If I went with 17'* I'd hook myself up with some 245/50-17'*, for a difference from the stock 225/60-16'* of .1%.

Although just the though of having 255'* on a family car would be pretty nice.

No, I never had the speedo adjusted....I have a led foot anyway. Who really looks at their speedo! Lol!
They do handle VERY nicely. I prefer a 50 series tire too, but I wouldn't go with a 45. That would leave too much wheel gap. With the 55'* I have now, the car almost looks lowered.
You could score a set pretty cheap at a junk yard...that'* where I got mine. And they're in GREAT shape.

Mind if I ask what those set you back?

Also, do you have any more pics of your car with those rims and tires, say from the rear of the car, or maybe with a wheel turned out towards the camera (so you could see how friggin wide they are! )?

Nice deal huh???

As for pics, I can take more, but these are all I have.

WOW! That is a GREAT look. I guess some wheel can indeed be mixed 'n matched successfully!
