You shouldn't have to beat on a 3800 series 2, they are confident movers under even gentile acceleration. Compair it to you're previous cars and you will probably feel like you're driving a Corvette Z06. Also, you won't need to add pettle presure for climbing hills, seriously, the car will just keep on pulling.

My first car was an 88 LeSabre and I did used to drive that car really hard, doing burn outs a lot. But after the first six months of driving and getting a $90 fine for STUPID driving I decided I'd calm down. After I bought the Riviera when I was 17, I've babied this car. I hardly ever drive it hard, and I take care of it the way a car of this kind should be. I am 18 too, still young, but I know what I can and can't do in my car. I will never risk my own life or anybody elses to mess around in my car. I feel privelaged to be able and drive such a nice car. I know if I ever messed it up there is no way that I would ever be able to afford another car like this for the price I bought it at. (atleast for a very long time.) Just some things to think about. If you get that nice of a car, what sense is there in destroying it just for a little bit of fun. In the long run, you'll appreciate your car more and you'll grow attached to it.
Enough of my boring rambling though. :?

Buy a tank. Something like a 1980 caprice. Put lots of reflective tape and warning signs on it, paint it bright yellow. It will be cheap to fix, everyone will see you coming to get out of your way, and will be easy to work on.

You can buy my Grand Marquis. 225,000 miles and been thrown into reverse (twice) both at 30mph. BTW- not by me, but my mom( forgot where the blinker is located) Anyways, I learned how to drive in it. My parents made me drive it hard to learn "defensive" driving skills. That car has more than proven itself and still runs awsome. All original!

Not to be mean or rude but...I'm with the majority here! First thing that popped into my mind is:

Do someone else a favor, and let someone who is going to APPRECIATE the car have it. It is not a $100 honda. You FIND me a bonneville that'* $100. Even rusted to the door handles you wont find one. Not here in this area anyways. The more horsepower you've got beating around, the more likely something is going to go wrong.
