Default wierd stuff

ok so im drivin down this gravel road and i notice my ABS light is on.so i tested to see if it was workin...and well it wasnt, all the tires locked up.so i was like well that sucks and then i reached my destination and turned the car off.when i got back in and turned it on the light didnt stay on and the brakes didnt lock up when i tried to get them to again. did my PCM just have a brain fart or what?

The PCM doesn't know you have ABS. It'* controlled by the EBCM (electronic brake control module). These rarely fail (I've never heard of one failing). You probably had a wee bit of dirt in a wheel sensor, and the system just needed to reset after it came out.

May be early signs of something failing. Don't worry about it unless the light starts coming on more frequently.

Mine does that too, as well as my traction control light coming on, it has been doing this for quite a while and no problems yet so I wouldn't worry, like said above it prolly is just some dirt

Now I would bet you have a problem developing with yours. Probably time to get the Antilock codes diagnosed.
