No wonder my carpet in the back was SOAKED after it rained for a week! Holy crap that hole under there was huge! This car was born in and was used in Ontario for about 5 years, they use horrible ammounts of salt.
Heres what I did, i got a peice of metal, formed it to fit, primed it a few times, drilled a hole in it and through the floor for my metal screw, then i slapped a crap load of RTV on the back of it, stuck it to the floor and screwed it down, then i put a good ammount of bondo on the metal peice and on the floor surrounding, it looks like hell, but no one will really see it, unless they remove my bench seat.. lol
I also did some sanding prep work, primed and re painted that portion of the floor, i hope that helps me out, the rust hole does not appear to continue around the retractor assembly
Also, the shiny overspray you see on the rear door panel, its mothers interior clean NOT PAINT! lol
I also removed the underlay, dried it out, febreezed it, and cleaned under there really well.

Broke em loose on the way in the garage! lol
