Why is it so hard to buy a Bonneville?

I can't find another Bville either. I want a dealer car, but will take what I can find. Gonna look around tomorrow hopefully.

Sorry to veer this topic off course but Chris? What'* wrong with your current Bonneville or that truck you have or that old Merc? I'm just curious? :P

Now back on topic. I'm telling you guys, it'* a curse, when you think of what car you really really really want, they magically disappear. I'm TELLING you, it happened to me. I thought "Oh man, I want a GP GT" and they magically disappeared from the dealers' lot.

Just don't think about it and they will come.

My dad said he'* going to buy me a car, don't know why, but he is, so I want another Bonneville. My truck needs tranny work (to much to mess with right now) and the Merc isn't mine and the rear end is rusted out.

Hey, I'm not asking any questions. I'm getting a free car. All I have to do is put gas in it.

There are virtually zero Bonnies for sale around here too...so, if they are all in Columbus, then that'* all the more reason for everyone to migrate to the National Meet in July! fly or ride out with another member, buy a bonnie and drive her back east!

For the past month been checking listed stock within 250 mi of Phila. for 97-99 SSEi with <100k...... 2.... and they are/were 250 mi away. I have NYC and Balt Wash DC within 100 mi, plus Phila metro area. Less trim level are 20% franchise dealer, 80% independent dealer, and most of the indy lot cars have gone through the auction mill at least once.

Then they turn around and want $7-10,000 for anything less than 90k mi..

I think the franchise dealers don't want anything to do with them. But the indy lot guys are starting to realize we're out here. And all of them get the SSEi.
