Hmmmmmm from what I saw a little wax on the paint, protecting the leather , putting a little soap and water to clean the carpets could have done this car a huge amount.
Basic Cleanlyness has nothing to do with not having money.

When I go, for lack of better words, to the ghetto, I see so many Bonneville'*. IE: Trenton, Camden and Penns Grove. And a lot of them there have huge rims on them. And not trying to be racist at all, I see a lot of African Americans driving Bonneville'*. Heh.

But yeah, there are so many around that are not taken care of.

People are nuts. Its not that hard to take care of a car!

I saw a 95 a couple months back in way worse situation. It was 100k, and I honestly thought that the dash/odometer was switched out, because I could not believe the condition of the car after 100k. The interior smelled to hell, the headliner was stained and falling apart, dash had a crack in it, HUD not functional (How could you break a hud?!?) paint chips everwhere, scratches everywhere. The idiot salesman tried to convince me that it was the way it was because it was 100K.

Oh yea, I hate car salesman. I have YET to find at least one that I would deem ok.

Nope.... that gapping hole in the fender is known as a thing called insurance ...You pay for it, use it.This has NOTHING...to do with not having money.Look at the state of the vehical...the rest of the car shows that the old owner didnt care about simple basic up keep. A can of Wax....ummm lets say 10 bucks...a can on leather protectant...uhhh another 10 bucks....Friggin soap and water to clean the nasty carpets...what lets say another 10 bucks. So for 30 dollars over the period of year or more they could have protected the paint and interior. The freaking gapping hole in the fender was just a topper on the cake...they didnt care about the paint and inteior...BASIC UP KEEP and CLEANLYNESS...so why care about the black hole on the fender? WHY? because some people have a case of the "Dont wants".

Insurance? Maybe some people don't want it to go up. Even if it is a little bit.
Not everybody is in a spot in thier life where they even have time to care about a car. And even if they did and just decide to spend thier time/$ in other places thats thier problem.
I see tons of cars like this. I'm not going to shead a tear just because it'* not lookin it'* best.
I just don't see what the big deal is. So someone is either in a sh!tty spot, cheap, or lazy. So what? It dosen't effect anyone but them.
So why on earth? because it'* thiers and they can do whatever they want with it.
