Your intake is no longer resonated, it will be louder when it is cold out, because the engine is warming up.

it is in the filter its is like it were sucking air like a vaccum cleaner and when it warms up its gone

its from the FWI. it is sucking in more air than the stock filter.
most of it is just an echo like sound because of the tubing.
if you can make the tubing as straight as possible it will be quieter
doesnt it quiet down after about 1/4 of a mile or so?

Gutted air box will do exactly the same thing. I'm pretty sure it'* not due to increased air volume, only the idle air control valve being audible on cold startup.

Because the IAC is open further to let more air in to warm the car up faster, and as it warms up, it will close more and more and adjust accordingly.
