I researched my swap for months before digging in so you are doing the right thing asking around. Step one is get the factory service manual for your 04 and the donor if different. You'll be in a different boat than most swaps though. I can't think of anyone that has done a drive train swap in like-model and like-generation cars. When it came time for Highlander'* second motor in his 98, he considered an L67 rather than another L36. After I pointed out several electrical differences, he dropped the idea because he needed it to be a quick operation. Doable nevertheless.

i would definetely be in, but i am pretty far from oklahoma and dont have much expierience, i hope you get the help you need, that would be one hell of a sleeper!

As Randman mentioned.. being basically the same body, same rough year.. it would be much easier.
Recently I speculated a couple of electrical things with 1993 SLE..however those would be SSE vs SSEi wiring etc. The wiring is probably the 2nd largest challenge Your first will be getting someone that has worked on a 00+ doing a motor swap. It'* not a very common need yet.. although it won't be much different than a 92-99 in basics.
If you conquer the electrical, then the rest is a matter of wrench time.
You'd jack up the car and pull the axles
Disconnect all the engine electrical and flop onto the motor.
Unbolt/hook all motor/trans connections to body/frame and pull.
Reverse procedure for install. If the electrical is already done, then you drop in the new..hook it up and turn the key.
Another prep item will be..are you pulling two motors at one time? That'* a lot of extra work as well.
