Bottom of the A pillar, Pass side.
EDIT: It goes under the obvious A pillar trim, it'* so you can't look down between the frame and the car. it attaches with a T15 I beleive.

It'* a sight sheild goes under other peices. you see the plastic that touches the windsheild on the side? take it off. the spare peices goes down at the bottom of where the peice you took off went.
