I dont think GM will get rid of any more brands. Too expensive. They spent hundreds of millions getting rid of Olds dealers. Also none of the Oldsmobile shoppers bought other GM cars like they thought they would. Hummer dropped the H1 cilivilian model, still being made for the military. H2 still in production. Actually the H2 plant is only like an hour away from me. H3 is still selling really good. Buick and Pontiac would be the weakest players in GM book right now. GMC is really pure profit. Just remodeled Chevy trucks and usually for a higher transaction price. Let alone the Denali series that sell at even higher prices.

Is this a real, confimred thing. I have not heard that. I, too am not fond of rear wheel drive in the winter. But, it'* kind of cool that they are dong that in a way. Something different.
The Admins of this Forum are privy to information the general public is not aware of.

There has been no official release, but this was from some information we recieved from 'inside' sometime last month.

Anyone know why they did away with the Bonnie one ear before the 50th Anniversary?
