ok, alot of the Parts come from Mexico....there are a bunch (or there were) of GM factory'* down there....and the rest of the parts come from MI

When my dad worked as a GM Tech there would be alot of parts that he would get that had "Made in Mexico" or the like printed on them, alot of the parts on our cars are the same way

GM only does final assembly. Over 90% of the parts in our cars are NOT made by GM. What specific part are you wanting to know about?

Not all of the parts are necessarily made in MI. Like everything else, quality and price win contracts.

the parts I most wanted to know about are the front fenders, and the tail lights. the lights have "made in USA" stamped on them, but there is absoloutely nothing on the fender. for the purposes of expediting shipping though, i`ll simply put the country of orgiinal manufacture as USA thanks guys!
