Thanks Bill. I know when I was reading on this before I think I read that the 94/95 reads OBD2 codes but it'* still OBD1? I never investigated further..

A little work on the phone with them may solve the issue. Or a member near Aeroforce with a 94/95 for a test fit.

Going to be at INTENSE soon with Boosty?

Thought about talking with them about a test fit?

I would. They may not want to risk it, but then again, it could open up a couple more years of sales on the product. I doubt there'* anything in a 94/95 that would damage a scangauge. It'll either work, or you'll get nothing. HOWEVER, with a simple jumper wire, it COULD possibly be made to work.

I've been thinking about this ever since they came out, knowing how similar the 94/95 were. Doesn't hurt to ask.

I just got confirmation that the Actron CP9145 scantool will read a 95 PCM just fine with the OBD2 cable.

If the scantool will, this raises the possibility even higher that the Aeroforce will also. Power and ground for the connector is the same. The data stream may also be.

So just compare the pinout of the ALDL connector from the FSM for a 94 or 95 to a 96 or newer.

Take that ammo with you to INTENSE, or email it to Aeroforce.
