I would like to switch wheels on my 2000 SLE from the 17" Chrome directionals to 5 spoked 16 inch for the winter season. Those 17X 50 series tires are good for crap in snow. We had a 1994 SSE with the 16 inch alloys that went through snow like a 4x4. I know I could maybe get blizzaks but I dont want to switch tires back and forth. Will Grand Prix wheels work? Are the offsets the same?

Yes, both are 5x115mm bolt pattern with High offset.

im using a 97 grandprix rims/tires for winter (205/70/15) so there shouldnt be any problems
