The plastic center pieces that pop off with a flat head.......anyways the paint on them is compleatly chipped off.....what can i use to re paint them?

Do you mean the center caps that say "ABS," or the five lug nut covers. I sanded my center caps and repainted them becuase it was pitting and flaking. But it didn't help, even though I primed it. It started bubbling again, so I bought new center caps from gm-car-parts.com.
