This says that this the series 2 that has the shorter rods, so i think the OP from that site is backwards.

MY 2000 FSM list the bore as 3.8" and the stroke as 3.4"

Large pics but I left them that way for detail. I couldn't find any part of it that measured close to either 105mm or 120.65mm
