Small, tactical strikes on competeing companies.
We start by harassing the supplies going into pruduction plants, at first introducing defective parts. This will make dependbillity and value of enemy products go down and force more people to switch to GM.
Then we start taking out their supplys completely, causing production numbers to further drop.
Sales will go down and they will be forced to sell out to GM.

Look, it'* not flawless, but it'* an idea. We can fine tune it.

How'* that going to help GM improve their product? Take out the other guy, and force people to buy (generally) sub-par products?

Look, I said it wasn't flawless ...
Maybe if we took some of the heat off GM they'd be able to concentrate on making their products better.

Oh come on! No car is too small for a V8! But I can understand where you're coming from. Plus a turbo 4 is coming out anyway for that car. Colbalt, you're probably right, a V6 would be too much. I think a turbo 4 would be best (I agree with you).

Oh, a AWD is a must. That is one of the first things that needs to be done. And I really like the new Legacy GT with the 250hp turbo H4.

I was just using the SSEi as an example, I don't want GM to use that nomenclature, just a visual example that'* all.

Yeah, but it'* pretty funny, you have to admit...

And you are also right. Protectionism and virtual market dominance is one of the reasons GM (and Ford) are in the soup today. Lack of real competition tends to breed complacency and incompetence.

Firebird is done. Won't ever come back...at least not in the "published" near future. The 2009 Camaro will come back...
