what to look for in a car alarm
we have had some recent break ins in the area in car and home. we are looking to purchase a car alarm for my girlfriends car. what are some features to look for.. we are looking to spend under $200.00. Does anyone have any suggestions for alarms.

Actually, your best bet is one that alerts you through the remote. Car alarms in general are pretty much ignored these days because people have 'em set so sensitive that changes in light set 'em off. At least if your remote goes ape on you, you'll be aware of what'* happening.
Oh, and I was a cop in the Army for about 10 years, so I have a little experience in this field.

My uncle had a bunch of brakins in the last month. they keep on stealing his tvs.. so his insurance company bought him a stealth home alarms... and they give a free tv when you order (To replace your old one..lol) as for car alarms... just put some "...." (alarm company name) stickers on your back window.. there like
"Stop This vehicles is protected with (blank) Secruity"..
