Guys, the 20" rims on the Dodge trucks weigh less... Stamped steel is the way to go if you're really serious about it.

Let me see if you all agree with this:
From http://www.centerlinewheels.com/faq.php
"Wheels are rotating mass/unsprung weight. Every 1 lb reduction in rotating mass is equivalent to an approximately 8 lb reduction in static weight. With lighter weight wheels, you will benefit from increased fuel savings, quicker braking, improved tire wear and better acceleration. Always ask about the weight of wheels. Your vehicle is not engineered for heavy wheels. Therefore, it will not perform well if you effectively put four anchors on it!"
So, my wheels now weigh 19 lbs 6 oz or 19.37 5lb.
Say i got 15 lb wheels. That saves 4.375 lbs per wheel. Multiply that by 4 wheels equals 17.5 lbs. Now multiply that by the estimate above in bold. It comes to 140 lbs!!
That dosen't even include the reduced tire weight if the rims are 17'*.
Sounds too good to be true. is it?
