Well NOW I"M PISSED!
Well looks like GM has decided to change the Rules regarding outside use of it'* web sites! It seems according to the notice within GM'* SI site that as of January 21/04 No outside use is permitted any longer. PLUS...Each GM employee must get an authorized ID & P/W just to access SI now too! Before we had a Dealership wide ID & P/W. Since I don't NEED SI to do my job as the Techs can & should provide the Info I need for me, I don't rank as User! Therefore I can no longer access TSB'* & Campaigns it seems from my home computer. That means the TSBs etc I have on BA will not be added to until I can find another way to gain acccess to this info. I can still access other GM web Sites though for other information, but that too may change within this coming month or so. GM is taking a big stand for the new "Privacy Act" it has to enforce thanks to the Canadian Government! This act went into full force January 1/04! I was hoping to gain more SI info before this happened, but alas I wasn't fast enough it seems.

I am not a United States SI user. How does the SI Security Change impact me ?

I would like to add that IF ANYONE has ANY TSB"* & Campaign Info please EMail them so I can upload them to BA.Com! This includes any info I may have already sent you in the past. Also, if anyone finds any TSB'* etc that I've posted here in their travels, please PM me the link so I can get those too! With as many posts I've made it makes it kinda hard to retrace my posts myself!

Hey this is getting even stranger now! I've got access again? Someone at the Dealership must have reset the ID & P/W again! Now to copy my arse off before it goes away again!
