bah, I like both of them. I like the body cladding on the SSEi though. I think they should of kept the SSEi, and had the GXP be an 'option package' or something along those lines. Some loyal SSEi fans will be forced to look for another car. Some peopel just like the supercharged feel and economy..

GXP is plain and unassuming and IMHO not better looking than the SSEi.

Bastards.
Biased? I like the cleaner look personally though. All the neat touches are nice too.

One more vote ont he cleaner look. Hell, i'd take either one though over my 96

I agree. I always had that thought. BBut oh well, this is the REAL WORLD and we know how GM really thinks. The GXP option package should have been in play instead of dropping the SSEi. Then again sales for the GXP might not be good at all. I dont know.

I would think that the review of the Bonneville by a national news paper like the Washington Post would be a welcome site. Considering the Bonneville never gotten the true respect it deserves.
The more coverge by mainstream press maybe some of these aftermarket companies might take notice and manufacture more performance parts for our Bonnie'*, ie a muffler that actually fits, or custom head and tail lights, better yet a CAI with the Bonneville name engraved along the tube.
As for the GXP performance, this is only the first year of production, I am pretty sure Pontiac(GM) will have some mods coming. Or better yet maybe the new GXPs will give SLP some insperation.
