I just need help where ever I can find it. Dealerships like Schumacher of North Lake Blvd., FL, need to know they can't take peoples hard earned money and do this to them, and that this will not just go away unresolved.

I have had my share of bad Dealers. And not limited to one Brand. It'* a shame to see some view a particular Dealer and the product in the same light. And I think GM corporate see'* this and wants to reconcile problems. I live and learn and move on. Some are indeed customer oriented and want you back for the next purchase, not nickel and dime you to death along the way. I have had good luck with another Dealer Service outside of where I bought my GXP, and I wish all Dealers were as responsive as the one of my last purchase. Competitive prices, nice waiting lounge, and everything that comes through their shop is vacuumed and washed without charge or asking.
