Default Vent Visors?

I wanted to find a set of tinted Window visors so when i have the front windows cracked open wind doesnt rush in. I googled it and tried ebay and i couldnt find any cheaper than $50.
Maybe i would be better off going to Walmart
Does any one know where i can get em for cheaper?

That'* the normal retail for them, since they're custom to the car. Don't go cheap on them, you'll regret it.

Moved to General, not mechanical related.

i paid $45 for mine, i will never remember the website i got them from.

at first, my local autoparts place claimed the bonne/Olds 88/LeSabre/Park Ave from Ventshade kit was discontinued, and they couldn't get it for me.. i asked around, and still couldn't find any

i just ended up googling and found some random parts site that didn't seem legit, i called them up and made them go look at the part in the warehouse, they pulled the part and sure enough - sent me the right ones... they're new, un-installed still because I'm going to save the window tint guy some bloody knuckles, car'* going to get blacked out in the next week or so.

good luck, like the last poster said, get Ventshade or Ventvisor, don't get some lame ghetto crap.

You can get GM one'* at a Dealer Parts for less than $50. Not a fan of them. but they fit better than aftermarket.

This is what I have on mine. Genuine GM. I didn't put them on, the previous owner did. They're cool I guess.

I bought the OEM when I got my GXP. I thought because they were OEM, they would be the kind that "fitted" inside the window frame. Like they use to. Not. When they came in I found out they were the peel and stick variety and I was so disappointed, they sat around for awhile before ending up in my burn barrel.

Yeah, mine are stuck on. I'd take them off if I knew I could remove all the gunk without hurting the car.

the trick with the venshades/ stick-on type is to go to the auto parts store and buy Extra 3m automotive double stick, they do not give you enough in the package to actually stick the entire contact surface, so you can get wind noises and/or leaks while smoking a doobie i mean cigarette.

i used an extra 2 rolls to install mine on the last car.

to the above poster - as far as taking them off - get ready to wear out your thumb scraping the tape off, then use simple rubbing alcohol will remove all the leftover adesive.
