Have the brake finally get a little out of adjustment. You put the car in reverse, hit the brake and hop out. The door catches you (mid knees) and let your imagination do the rest as to if the wheels were turned and the car ran you over. i could see getting out of the vehicle with the parking brake set only if these cars had manual transmissions, thats one thing i do like about having an automatic trans, is you can put it in park and get out of it! with the manual tranny you either have to shut the car off completely, or pray to the parking brake gods that it wont go rolling away!
