Exclamation Unsubscribe? Not here it seems!

I have tried the search engine for "how to unsubscribe"'
as I no longer have a GM product.

I got a " nothing found in our records", type of reply
so I sent a message thru the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page to please unsubscribe me.
That was over a month ago. I thought all was well.

Today I get a form letter saying I haven't been posting for a while, and won't I
Come back, because I am missed....
To which I cannot reply, because it isn't from a valid email address, and
i don't want to read the headers to get a reply address!
Now, I find now I can still log on!

Will some one, please get this to whomever is in charge of unsubscribing, and do away with my subscription?...

Thank You.
Charlie.

In the upper left hand corner, click on USER CP
On the left hand side, look down and click on EDIT OPTIONS.
Unclick everything that deals with receiving email.

BTW, instead of completely unsubscribing from the best forum around, instead, just delete the email. You only get a few emails during the entire course of the year anyway. Someday, you may end up owning another GM product.
