Default Under-hood sticker project

My emission sticker and Airbag/AC sticker are in rough shape. One part I cannot read on the original. So I layed out NEW stickers (BELOW). These will help clean up my engine bay. I made the second sticker all black so it does not stick out so much as the original white background. I know, I know, I'm anal.

I need some help with the emission sticker:

For this sticker I need the very last sentence where it starts with "it may not comply..." What I have below is NOT the correct sentence. Some words are missing that I can't read on the original. Can someone please read theirs and let me know what it says?
Name: emission_sticker1.jpg

Also, is the barcode on the emission sticker used when the car is tested for emissions? I made a fake barcode on the new sticker. If it needs to be legit I'll have to think of some way to get the real one on there.

Thanks for the help!

I would too...at least the AIR BAG and A/C one. The emission sticker has to stay though.

Anyone know about the barcode?

Do I understand this properly, you just made these from scratch on the pc? They look very good. Way to spruce up the engine bay
