There are 5 Bonneville clubs in Yahoo right now, some with over 200 members. Just happens that BC and BA are the fastest growing and most popular of them all.
Personally I don't mind the 2 clubs. A little competition is sometimes healthy!

Yeah, it was a couple years ago.
It was a clip of a post made by SSEi95 (Gordy) in reply to someone asking about why do we need two forums.
I believe it was posted in like April, 2003 so yeah, it was awhile ago.
Merlin- Didn't realize you weren't aware of BA. I suppose it not really worth talking about that pile of ashes, but just thought it'd be interesting for members who were around and remembered it.
P.*. Still want need that rearview mirror -it'* just collecting dust here.

I was a Moderator on Deathrat'* Yahoo Bonneville Forum before BA, and while I was a lowly member here 
A bunch of us were Mods on BA when it got up and running. BA was started after Deathrat'* co-Admin got too far with his terminal cancer.
