Mike, that'* a very old part number. It was for the springs, but GM re-assigns numbers occasionally. Very few parts are still available through GM for the 87-91 Bonnevilles.

Actually Will that part number was a marker light or something from an 87-89 bonneville.
No big deal since it was discontinued anyhow.

I already installed the new spring and tightened it a bit tighter than what it was and tightened the old one too so it opens great now. maybe tomorrow morning I will attempt the STB.

Anyhow back to the "party beverages"
