bonne door
Had the car a year before I found the yellow button on my Lumina
Wow! Has everyone who has a bonne have (or had) a lumina too? I have a '93 lumina.
I had a '98 Lumina LTZ......and on my '03 SSEI the gas cap locks and unlocks automatically.

I just use the button on my keys to open my trunk. I love it, I have no complaints, and yes mine is a kid hauler too. Oh and as for the seat/trunk access, that thing is tough to open. If someone wants to go through the trouble of opening it, they can.....They will not get very far before someone spots them.

The one thing I don't like about my 95 is that the Door switch is powered up all of the time... If the windows are open anyone can walk by and hit the switch and open the trunk...

Om my 91, the switch is in the glovebox, and is only powered up when the ignition is on, or if the car is in park... Once you turn the car off( ignition off ) the switch is rendered useless... I could leave the windows open and the switch will not open the trunk...

95 and 97 both powered all the time. At least they disabled the ELC power

My '93 had the trunk release on the door. It never worked, and could never figure out why. It all looked wired up right, nothing blown...

Personally, I think on the door is a bad place.

.
um...

The part you can't read because it'* blurry says "Prevents access to trunk, fuel fill door, garage door opener when, SWITCH IS ON, GLOVEBOX IS LOCKED. VALET KEY IS USED"
