sadly it idid about 2 days ago but i took that as i needed a new oil cap cuz it was shot and thought it was condensation

Sounds like your lower intake manifold gasket gave way and coolant got into the oil resulting in a spun bearing.

Yeah if it made the noises you described and if your oil is as such then it sounds as if Like Jon said coolant hit the oil spun a rod bearing and seized it up....Sorry man

No doubt, I'm sure that the connecting rod snapped, or the spun bearing blew some metal chunks into the oil seized up the oil pump.
