Default Transmission drive wheels

Can anyone tell me if all the 4t60e/4t65e have the passenger side wheel as the drive wheel? Im asking because the 90 lesabre i had had driver side (i think) as the drive wheel, which was the 4t440 or whatever tranny, while my 00 impala uses the passanger side. If anyone has any insight ide apreciate it...thanks

Are you asking which ONE of the front wheels it THE power wheel? Both of them have power applied. Both of them steer. Both of them have brakes mounted too.

Same thing on the 90 LeSabre and 00 Impala.

What exactly are you asking?

lol,....funny...
im asking which 1 is the drive wheel for those transmissions. Assuming that its the same for every car using that transmission. In the impala, u step on the gas the passenger wheel will burn out....it was opposite wheel in my lesabre.
So im asking is the drive wheel for all the cars w/ that transmission the passenger side?

Does your wheel with the most traction get all the power??? Because I got Jipped on this deal if it does. It'* almost always to the one with the least traction....Posi-trac will be both rear wheels no matter the amount of power applied or traction if in a straight line. Limited Slip is a posi basically that'll let you one wheel wonder most times....Open diff just sends the power to the right side predominantly. But won't transfer power from the wheels that slip to the wheels that grip. I think this is a correct explaination, but I could be wrong.
