Yea, but the goofy thing though is it never worked before. And still, it only worked twice last night and only during :? the first minute of being in drive.

Traction control is highly over rated lol. The Traction control in my Bonneville was better IMO than whats in my Alero, my alero can sit there spinning on a sheet of ice to 15-20 mph befor it kicks in, my SSEi'* TC would kick in the minute u started to spin, you could here it pulse the breaks, then again, that system almost always was throwing an ABS/Traction off light..
Grr...Electronics that dont work!

plus the TC on a 92-93 is different from a 94. The 92-93 apply the brakes, and the 94+ retard the timing

Traction Control works great for me -- I was trying to go up a hill this winter from a stop and went a little bit heavy on the gas -- traction control did its thing and bogged me down enough to get the wheels traction.

Honestly, I've really been happy with the TC on my GA. It seems to kick in fast and work well....granted if the car was doing anything minorly wierd, I probably wouldn't notice .

that is weird i thought they stopped the applied braking in the 93 :? maybe timing retard started with the Series II

I think it may be OBD II related. But TC equipped cars have a TC box on the strut tower in 94/95 i know.

I just read a review of the 1994 SSEi and it says the TC employs both the ABS and computer retarding timing -first year for both combined according to the article.
