Most likely you will be killed. Depending if its a Auto or Stick. If it'* an auto, you may have a chance. Stick however it much tougher to defeat. With only those modifications you have, and if the Celica GTS is a stick, you are down for unless he/she messes up in shifting or can't shift well at all. the 00-01 GTS'* can shift at 8200 rpm (fuel cut off) and use the VVT-i up to that power level and make their 180HP for quite a while in their rev range. 02+ Celica GTS got cut down to 7800 rpm because I think for reliabilty Toyota decreased it. But losing the point, it wont be close, either you will get lucky, or you will be slaughtered. Those cars run either high or low 14'* stock, but depends on the year of the car and the driver (alot on the driver).
