Yes. All Bonnevilles from 92 up have limiters. Some models are higher, but all SE'* are 108.

My 95 goes to 110 in OD, and 108 in D. It won't go anymore. Trust me.

So its not worth putting lots of money into a 1995 bonnie to get good times on the track cause the gov kicks in at 108 (not saying you can get to 108 by the end of the quarter mile)

So will I, you'll get to about 92 MPH tops. These cars are more known for the power off the line. Thats what suprises em! remember our little Sleeper chat?
