God damn it why do I have to live in GM Parts HELL!!!!!!! Boosty did tell you before that I envy you . (I am pretty sure I did but I'll say it again). How much was the mirror with the compass just out of curiosity.(spelling?)

How hard is it to hook up one of those auto-dimming mirrors?

Replacing or upgrading? Replacing, nothing to it since wires are all there. Upgrading, well a little bit of wiring and just pop it on. You would need the mirror button on the back in order for it to fit properly as we found in Bandits situation. It was pulled form the JY today as well.

im pretty sure none of the JY'* around here even have any of those cars that those came from, maybe i havent looked hard enough, who knows

is that compass mirror self contained...like does it have the compass sensor INSIDE it?

Also...umm, how would the temp sensor work..did you get the wire for hooking up the external temp sensor?

Tony.. Bandit'* button is odd, you don't need to change the button. All other people that have upgraded didn't need to change it. The wiring is easy.. power and ground. two wires.

Golden.. you need to look better.. they are around and this junkyard isn't a prime parts place..it'* more like a last couple parts that might be good place.

WJC.. Please look closer..the compass module hooks onto the mirror piece...

Ohhhh a COMPASS mirror I thought it was an Auto Dim and thats why I thought the Button had to be changed.
